I just took a camp shower which means sitting in a chilly tent without a floor and scrubbing down with a rag. The rag was actually my soapy T-shirt washed in the same bowl. It's hard to motivate yourself to wash when temperatures in the shade dip below freezing but of course hygiene can't be overlooked.
